1. Nature of Our Website & Inquiry Process

Copperfinch Confections is a small-batch artisan confectionery studio. Our website does not feature an automated shopping cart or instant payment processor. Submitting the Batch Order Inquiry Form on contact.html constitutes a non-binding request for batch availability and scheduling. An order is only finalized after we confirm availability via email from info@xarvexo.cyou and mutually agree upon pickup or shipping arrangements.

2. Handmade Variations & Visual Appearance

Every lollipop, prism drop, stained-glass flat, and satin ribbon is poured, pulled, and sheared by hand in batches of forty to sixty pieces. Because of the organic nature of open-kettle pouring and marble cooling, swirl patterns, ribbon thickness, and color transitions will naturally vary from piece to piece. Photographs on this website represent genuine studio aesthetics, but no two pieces are identical.

3. The “Guess the Flavor” Concept & Dietary Inquiries

A central feature of Copperfinch Confections is our blind flavor-guessing experience (“Can you guess the flavor at first bite?”). Accordingly, we do not publish exact ingredient breakdowns or flavor formulas on our public website or outer wrappers.

Important Notice for Guests With Sensitivities: If you or any recipient have food sensitivities, intolerances, or specific dietary restrictions, you must contact our studio directly at +1 (612) 871-5157 or info@xarvexo.cyou prior to finalizing an order or consuming our confections so our confectioners can advise you directly. Our products are purely culinary confections and carry no medical, therapeutic, or health claims.

4. Storage, Pickup & Shipping

• Minneapolis Studio Pickup: Reserved batches may be picked up at 4304 W 28th St, Minneapolis, MN 55416 during our published counter hours or at a mutually scheduled appointment time.
• U.S. Parcel Delivery: When shipping is arranged, we pack confections in protective cushioning. Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, transit times are subject to carrier operations.
• Customer Storage Responsibility: Hard confectionery is sensitive to high heat and humidity. Once received, confections must be stored at cool room temperature (60°F–70°F) in a dry cabinet and never refrigerated.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, essays, product names (including The Solstice Orrery Lollipop, Borealis Prism Drops, Vesper Amber Stained-Glass Flats, Midnight Nebula Ribbons, Equinox Dusk Hexagons, and Starlight Geode Pillars), graphics, and photography on xarvexo.cyou are the property of Copperfinch Confections and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Copperfinch Confections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Our maximum liability for any confirmed batch order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific batch.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
